Rajesh Joshi is a Delhi-based media strategist and entrepreneur whose career spans more than two decades in advertising and communications. He is best known as the founder of Chariot Media, a full-service brand promotion agency headquartered in New Delhi, which plans, buys, and executes advertising campaigns across television, radio, print, outdoor, and digital platforms for clients ranging from emerging businesses to established national and international brands.

Joshi built his career on the media planning and media buying side of the advertising industry, the discipline concerned with deciding where a brand's message should appear, in front of which audience, and at what moment. It is a less visible craft than creative direction, but it is one on which the economics of an entire campaign depend, since the same advertisement can succeed or fail depending on how and where it is placed. Over twenty years, that grounding took him across every major medium: the broadcast channels of television and radio, the established reach of print and outdoor advertising, and, in more recent years, the fast-growing field of digital media.

That breadth shaped the idea behind his company. Joshi founded Chariot Media on the premise that clients are better served by a single partner able to carry a campaign from strategy through to execution, rather than by assembling separate specialists for each medium. The agency's service lines, which include brand strategy, media planning, media buying and release, electronic and print media, and outdoor advertising, are designed to work together as one integrated offering. The company is registered as Chariot Productions Media Pvt. Ltd., with its registered office at Nehru Place in New Delhi.

Chariot Media is accredited by the Indian Newspaper Society (INS) and registered with the Indian Broadcasting and Digital Foundation (IBF), and it is also registered with Doordarshan and All India Radio. These credentials matter in the Indian advertising trade, since accreditation by the industry's governing bodies allows an agency to place campaigns directly with major print and broadcast outlets and to receive the standard agency commission on that business. The company describes its approach as a 360-degree model of brand promotion, in which television, radio, print, outdoor, and digital each play a distinct role within a single connected campaign.

Joshi has been consistent in articulating the philosophy behind this approach. In his public remarks, he argues that each medium has its own strengths: a television commercial may build awareness, an outdoor campaign may reinforce recall, and digital channels may drive engagement and response. The real value, he maintains, comes from using them together rather than treating them as isolated channels, and from supporting a strong creative idea with thoughtful media planning and consistent execution. In an era of fragmented audiences who move constantly between screens, streets, and conversations, he has said, brands can no longer depend on a single channel to stay visible.

In September 2024, Chariot Productions Media served as the media partner for a collaboration between Digitek, a camera and content-creation equipment brand, and the actors Janhvi Kapoor and Rohit Suresh Saraf. The partnership was aimed at expanding Digitek's presence in professional photography, videography, and content creation, and was reported in the Indian advertising trade press. Announcing the tie-up, Joshi spoke of combining the brand's technology with the appeal of the entertainment world.

In April 2025, Joshi was named "Big Impact Creator of the Year" at the Big Impact Awards in Delhi NCR, organized by the BIG FM Group. The honor, which was covered by national outlets including ANI, The Tribune, and Republic World, was presented in recognition of his contribution to integrated, 360-degree approaches to brand engagement. Accepting the award, Joshi credited his team, clients, and the wider industry, saying that true impact is never the work of one individual and that advertising, in his view, is about purpose and not merely promotion.

Colleagues and published profiles describe Joshi as a leader who has invested in building and mentoring a young team at Chariot Media, and who treats client relationships as long-term partnerships rather than one-off campaign engagements. The company's stated mission is to tell stories that matter, to build connections that last, and to create campaigns that go beyond visibility.

Today, Rajesh Joshi continues to lead Chariot Media from New Delhi, guiding the agency as clients increasingly expect a single partner to operate seamlessly across both traditional and digital channels. His professional focus remains on the intersection of creative storytelling and disciplined, data-informed media execution, an approach he regards as the foundation of lasting brand growth.
